It's pretty disturbing how many invasive, introduced species are spreading throughout the Everglades and South Florida. On a more positive note, this is a fascinating closeup on nature taking action! Go Heron!

I didn't realize the Heron clamped onto it. I thought the catfish wrapped itself around the beak...so my first thought was "WHOA, NINJA CATFISH!", haha!
Wow, that's a crazy awesome view, too. It's awesome that you get to capture moments like these in such detail!

The eyes makes me feel uneasy. They're so focused on the viewer that it's almost as if the Heron is angry about something.
